The main objective of the project is to foment the participants’ personal development, emphasizing the need to overcome those factors which could hinder their personal well-being and interaction with their environment (social, labour, familiar, etc.).
Through the proposed activities, the participants will be able to know themselves, develop their self-confidence (accept themselves, appreciate themselves, discover their limitations and positive qualities, and strengthen the later ones, analyse the factors that influence negatively on their self-concept), reinforce and develop social skills (communication, listening, feelings expression, team work, respecting opinions different form theirs, expression of doubts, needs and complaints).
The project will be developed through practical workshops as well as participative group dynamics of self-discovery. It is planned to have a meeting where all the participants exchange their experiences and learning.
