MEPA, Participating and transforming: a model of adult education through dialogue. Grundtvig 1.
The project aims at promoting Adult Education practises that enhance the participation and exchange of experiences within the European frame. The development of the project intends to restructure Life-Long Education centres so as foment the learners’ involvement in the education community.
