Working with ethnic minorities and migrant communities.
This Manual shows different models of adequate practise which can be used by educators of adult persons in their organizational and personal development. It intends to stimulate and provide ideas as well as to intensify Adult Education policies towards minority and majority groups in Europe. As such, it will support those activities aimed at fomenting organizational and personal development, it will provide guidance and orientation, and it will offer equality and quality criteria which will be useful for trainers, educators and education organizations.
